Riad Zineb is part of a group of four Riads and Guest Houses of different styles, sizes and prices, all of which are operated by the same owner as Riad Karmela, Joel Castrec.
The establishments are all close to Riad Karmela (between 5 and 500 meters). It is therefore easy to benefit from the services of Riad Karmela like the restaurant, the hammam, the massages, the bookings of excursions etc … pampered and rejuvenated ..
Our past
Joël is a hospitality professional and has been working in Europe for more than 20 years, managing hotels of an international group, and renowned luxury hotels. He opened Riad Karmela in October 2006 and has since taken over management of various establishments in the Riad Karmela area.

Our reservation system
For the organization of your stay, your requests are all processed within 2 to 3 hours during the day, and this every day. This gives you quick information with a varied selection depending on availability. Our new website with online calendar gives you an idea of availability, but of course this schedule is constantly evolving. Sometimes it is also possible to arrange this schedule, so do not hesitate to make a reservation request even if the room you want does not seem available.

Quality of selected Riads and Houses
The places of stay are all different and have an atmosphere that varies according to their size and structure.
They all have a spirit of authenticity and materials and methods of traditional construction and from local crafts, such as zelliges, tadelakt, carved cedar wood, stucco, painted wood, adobe walls to which s ‘add the adaptation to the standards of contemporary comfort and especially the quality of services in the spirit of traditional hospitality.
Each of our riads has its style that goes from the Moroccan house of 5 rooms that you can share in small group of friends or family (service and breakfast only) to riads of larger size like Riad Karmela which is just in front.

THE SMALL RIAD Karmela
The Small Riad Karmela is a riad in the derb, a few steps from Riad Karmela. There are 5 rooms and suites and can accommodate 10 to 12 people. The dinners of Riad Petit Karmela are served at Riad Karmela either in the main patio during the winter or on the terraces from the month of May.
THE RIAD Karmela
The Riad Karmela remains the main house with its 8 spacious rooms, 9 junior suites and 2 apartments each for 5 people. During the month of July 2009, an extension of Riad Karmela has integrated two neighboring Riads including 6 other luxury rooms, 6 junior suites, one of which is located on the terrace. Each room has its own personality and decor.
THE Karmela Princesse
The Karmela Princesse, the last born, inaugurated in 2017, is a riad offering a refined, chic and elegant atmosphere while respecting the basics of Moroccan craftsmanship. there are 10 rooms, suites and apartments. A restaurant welcoming 25 people offers a revisited Moroccan cuisine. it is right in front of Riad Karmela.
